We are hiring experienced candidates for the position of International Chat Support Executive in Gurgaon.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling international customer queries through chat and providing accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining defined response-time, quality, and CSAT targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through international chat support.
- Provide accurate and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain required response time and quality standards.
- Achieve defined CSAT and productivity targets.
- Ensure professional and customer-focused communication.
- Follow company processes, policies, and quality guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Chat Support.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
