– US TAXI / CAB INBOUND CUSTOMER SUPPORT Position: Customer Support Executive – US Inbound Process Process: International Voice – Inbound Industry: Taxi / Cab / Transportation Experience: Minimum 6 Months in US Voice Process – Mandatory Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Noida Shift: US Shift / Rotational Night Shift Working Days: 5–6 Days a Week About the Role We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a US-based Taxi/Cab Customer Support process. Candidates will handle inbound calls from customers in the United States and assist them with taxi bookings, ride-related queries, cancellations, refunds, complaints, and other customer-service requirements.

Mandatory Requirement

Minimum 6 months of experience in a US Voice / International Voice Process is mandatory. Candidates without prior US Process experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities • • • • • • • • • • • Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding taxi/cab services. Assist customers with taxi and ride bookings. Handle ride-related queries and provide accurate information.

Assist with cancellations and refund-related queries. Coordinate with drivers regarding customer requirements and ride-related issues. Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.

Assist customers with fare and booking-related queries. Follow defined processes, scripts, and quality guidelines.



Accurately update customer information and interaction details in the system. Maintain qualified communication throughout every customer interaction.

Achieve defined quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets. 1Required Skills • • • • • • • • • Minimum 6 months of experience in a US Voice / International Voice Process. Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation. Strong listening and customer-handling skills.

Comfortable communicating with US customers. Ability to handle difficult or angry customers professionally. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Basic computer knowledge.

Experience working with CRM/customer-support applications. Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
