Role Description The Internal Auditor will be responsible for planning and executing internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls, risk management, and compliance processes. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing financial records, evaluating internal control systems, testing transactions and procedures, and preparing clear audit documentation.

The role involves drafting and presenting audit reports, recommending improvements to policies and processes, and following up on the implementation of corrective actions.

The Internal

Auditor will collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards,



while maintaining independence and objectivity. This is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

- Ability to prepare and review comprehensive audit reports and documentation related to internal and financial audits.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret financial data, identify risks, and evaluate internal controls.
- Solid understanding of finance principles and financial audits, including audit methodologies and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication skills to present findings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and explain complex issues clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CIA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Experience in internal auditing, risk management, or financial compliance, preferably within technology or AI-driven organizations.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet and accounting software; familiarity with data analysis tools is beneficial.
