● Conduct desk and field research to identify viable project areas consistent with the Foundation's focus trajectory and impact criteria.

● Visit potential project locations to assess feasibility, community needs, and on-ground realities; document all findings in structured formats for internal review.

● Coordinate donor and stakeholder field visits, including logistics, preparation of briefing materials, and in office facilitation.

● Liaise with program POCs — partner organisations, local community contacts, and relevant government bodies — to align ground-level execution with Foundation requirements.

● Prepare structured research notes, visit reports, and project feasibility summaries for submission to the Foundation team.

● Support the Foundation's compliance-first approach by ensuring all proposed initiatives meet internal verification, documentation, and governance standards before escalation.
