About the RoleWe're looking for a driven, fresh MBA graduate to work directly with the Founder as a Founder's Associate. This is a high-ownership role at the heart of a growing startup, offering hands-on exposure across operations, strategy, and stakeholder management, the kind of learning no classroom can replicate.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-end Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Induction formalities

- Work closely with the Founder on day-to-day priorities and decision-making
- Support the onboarding processes of the partners.
- Manage stakeholder communication and coordination
- Draft and maintain policy documentation
- Liaise with external vendors and partners
- Handle miscellaneous tasks as the business demands

Who We're Looking For• Fresh MBA graduate (preferably HR specialization)





- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with strict deadlines, including alternate Saturdays
- Resourceful, go-getter attitude
- Working knowledge of Excel, MS Word, Email Etiquette and Canva
