Role & responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences.

- Develop 2D layouts, 3D designs, and detailed interior concepts.

- Prepare furniture layouts, material selections, color schemes, and finish specifications.

- Create and present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback.

- Coordinate with site supervisors, carpenters, vendors, and contractors.

- Ensure execution matches the approved design, drawings, and specifications.

- Select and recommend quality plywood, laminates, hardware, profiles, glass, and other materials.

- Prepare quotations, BOQs, material requirements, and project estimates when required.

- Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.

- Monitor project progress, quality, finishing, and design accuracy.

- Coordinate with clients regularly and provide updates on design and execution.

- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.

- Resolve design or site-related issues and provide practical solutions.

- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, material selections, and approvals.

- Ensure the final project meets Diligent Interiors quality and finishing standards.
