Key Responsibilities

- Meet with clients to understand design goals, requirements, budgets, and timelines
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and color schemes
- Prepare drawings, layouts, and specifications (using Sketch - up, Enscape )
- Select furniture, fixtures, materials, finishes, lighting, and accessories
- Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and purchase orders
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Oversee project execution, site visits, and installation to ensure design intent is met
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
- Present design proposals clearly and professionally to clients
- Stay current with design trends, materials, and industry innovations
