Role Description The Interior Designer 2D & 3D will work on-site in Gurugram in a full-time capacity, supporting end-to-end design delivery for luxury residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concept designs, space plans, and detailed 2D drawings, as well as creating high-quality 3D visualizations to communicate design intent to clients and project teams. The role involves preparing construction drawings and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selections, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring design alignment with project budgets and timelines.





The designer will collaborate closely with senior designers and project managers, participate in client presentations, and support the turnkey execution process from initial brief to final handover.

Qualifications

- Robust Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with experience in luxury residential and/or commercial projects.
- Knowledge of Architecture and ability to translate design concepts into functional layouts.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, specifications, and material/finishes coordination.
- Advanced skills in 2D and 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar visualization tools).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and ability to work within brand and luxury standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and clients.
- Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in turnkey or design-build environments in Gurugram/Delhi NCR is an advantage.
