About the Role

Deko Concepts Interior & Architecture is looking for a talented Interior & Exterior Designer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

- Create interior and exterior designs for residential projects
- Prepare 2D drawings and detailed layouts
- Develop 3D designs and realistic renders
- Prepare working drawings and design presentations
- Coordinate with clients and the site team
- Make design changes based on client requirements
- Visit project sites when required
- Coordinate with the supervisor and other designers

Requirements
- Experience in interior and exterior design
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Knowledge of 3ds Max / Enscape / Lumion is an advantage




- Good understanding of materials, furniture, lighting and space planning
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into practical designs
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Candidates with relevant Interior Design / Architecture qualifications preferred
