Integration Specialist

About the Role

We're a small, rapid-moving technology company seeking an Integration Specialist to design, build, and support integrations within our platform. You'll work directly with customers to understand their requirements and with our development team to deliver solutions — leveraging AI-assisted coding tools as a core part of your daily workflow.

What You'll Do

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout integration projects
- Scope, build, and deploy customer integrations within our platform
- Map data between customer systems and our platform — this is central to the role
- Use AI tools extensively to accelerate development, testing, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with our development team, who handle the heavy technical lifting
- Produce clear technical documentation for customers and internal use
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines

What We're Looking For

- Proven customer-facing experience — consulting, implementation,



or account-level project work where you owned the client relationship
- Experience with ERP systems and business software — you understand how business data flows
- Strong data mapping skills: translating fields, structures, and business logic between systems
- Comfort using AI coding assistants and a willingness to work AI-first
- Working technical knowledge (SQL, APIs, or similar) — enough to be dangerous; our dev team handles the complex engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you can explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Strong documentation habits
- Proven ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects independently
- Self-starter who thrives in a small-team environment

Nice to Have

- Construction industry or Viewpoint Vista/Spectrum experience
