- Convert motor insurance leads into successful sales

- Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with customers

- Handle customer servicing, retention, and related operations
n
- Drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets

- Track, analyze, and report business performance to the reporting manager

nWhat We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales
n
- Experience in any insurance segment is welcome — motor insurance sales experience will be an added advantage
n
- Good sales and customer-handling skills
n
- Decent English communication skills
n
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
n
- Comfortable with field sales activities

nImportant: Although this is a remote job, the role involves Field Sales work. Candidates must have their own laptop and stable Wi-Fi/internet connection.
