Qualification: ITI / Diploma Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation

We are looking for an experienced Instrument Technician for instrumentation maintenance activities in an Alumina Refinery / Process Industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems.
- Troubleshooting of pressure, temperature, flow and level instruments.
- Calibration and maintenance of transmitters, gauges, switches and sensors.
- Maintenance of control valves, actuators and positioners.
- Basic troubleshooting of PLC / DCS / SCADA systems.
- Perform loop checking, instrument testing and functional checks.
- Attend breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime.




- Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
- Follow SOP, safety and permit-to-work procedures.
- Coordinate with Operations, Electrical and Maintenance teams.
