Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Working Hours: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Off

Joining: Immediate / Within 15 Days Preferred

Job Summary

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Reactive Sales / Telesales Executive to handle inbound enquiries, convert leads into bookings and support customers throughout the booking process.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good customer-handling abilities and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound sales enquiries and customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Promote relevant packages, upgrades and additional services.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.
- Track daily sales activities, follow-ups and conversions.




- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide timely assistance.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, hospitality, events, banquets or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Valuable customer handling, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to work in a sales-driven environment.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems is preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
