Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, confident, and people-loving individuals who enjoy conversations and have a natural flair for sales.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers — guiding them, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the perfect jewellery piece.

If you love talking, convincing, and that thrill of closing a deal — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads from website, Instagram, WhatsApp, and campaigns
- Connect with customers via calls, chats, and video consultations
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery options
- Build strong relationships and deliver a premium customer experience
- Follow up with leads and move them through the sales funnel
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for custom orders




- Maintain basic records of customer interactions

Requirements

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with customers
- Interest in sales and customer relationship management
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of sales processes is a plus
