Management Trainee – Inside Sales
Stipend: ₹20,000/month during the 6-month trainee period
Post successful completion: CTC up to ₹4.5 LPA
What will you actually do?
You will work closely with our Sales Head and Reporting Manager and learn how B2B sales works from the ground up. Your day-to-day role will include:
- Learn Publisher Hunting & Prospecting techniques from your Reporting Manager
- Identify App & Web Owners across India and global markets
- Reach out to potential partners through calls, emails and other channels Understand their requirements and explore possible collaborations Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Work with the Sales Head to *schedule and facilitate meetings*Support the team through *conversion and closure*Coordinate for *onboarding and revenue monetisation
- *Own the journey from Lead Generation → Meeting → Conversion → Onboarding → Revenue### What should you be good at?
