The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Follow up regularly with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries and provide accurate product/service information.

Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel. Coordinate with the sales, marketing,



and operations teams for smooth order closure. Prepare quotations and follow up for payments/orders where required.

Maintain daily call reports and sales activity records. Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers. Stay updated on products, competitors, market trends, and pricing.

SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Ability to handle rejection and work under sales pressure. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM software. Good follow-up and lead-management skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
