Job Summary

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to drive business development for our IT Staffing and C2 H (Contract-to-Hire) services. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, connecting with decision-makers, and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, Linked In, and other channels. Prospect and connect with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Business stakeholders. Understand client staffing requirements and position appropriate IT staffing/C2 H solutions. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients. Negotiate commercials and support the closure of staffing deals. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and closures.



Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation, meeting, revenue, and conversion targets. Coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure smooth fulfilment of client requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Required

Skills

2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2 B Sales / IT Staffing Sales. Strong knowledge of IT staffing, C2 H, contract staffing, or recruitment services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales. Positive understanding of sales funnel and lead conversion. Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills. Experience working with CRM/sales tracking tools will be an advantage. Key Competencies
