nJob Summary

nWe are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to drive business development for our IT Staffing and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) services. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, connecting with decision-makers, and converting opportunities into business.

nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
n
- Prospect and connect with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Business stakeholders.
n
- Understand client staffing requirements and position appropriate IT staffing/C2H solutions.
n
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
n
- Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients.
n
- Negotiate commercials and support the closure of staffing deals.
n
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and closures.
n




- Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation, meeting, revenue, and conversion targets.
n
- Coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure smooth fulfilment of client requirements.
n
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
n

nRequired Skills

n

n
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / IT Staffing Sales.
n
- Strong knowledge of IT staffing, C2H, contract staffing, or recruitment services.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
n
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
n
- Good understanding of sales funnel and lead conversion.
n
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
n
- Experience working with CRM/sales tracking tools will be an advantage.
