? WE ARE HIRING | INSIDE SALES ENGINEER iRaanya Technologies & Solutions is expanding its team and is looking for a motivated, technically inclined Inside Sales Engineer to join our growing organisation in Nagpur.

? Location: Zingabai Takli, Nagpur

? Work Mode: Work From Office

? Starting Salary: ₹18,000/month

? Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

? Working Days: Monday to Saturday

? Weekly Off: Sunday

? Dress Code: Formal attire is mandatory

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and understand technical requirements
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
- Follow up with customers on enquiries and quotations
- Communicate technical and commercial information effectively
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
- Maintain enquiry, quotation and follow-up records
- Support lead conversion and business development activities
- Develop a strong understanding of industrial products and solutions

? Who Can Apply?
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with technical sales / inside sales experience will be preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Strong learning ability and willingness to work in a target-oriented setting





? Selection & Evaluation Process

Round 1: Virtual Interview

Round 2: Face-to-Face Interview

Selected candidates will undergo a 7-day evaluation & training period to assess their technical understanding, communication skills, learning ability and suitability for the role.

After successful completion of the evaluation, the candidate will be offered a fixed salary of ₹18,000/month.

If the candidate does not meet the required performance standards during the evaluation, the company may discuss a revised compensation structure based on the candidate’s performance and suitability.
