HoseXperts is a distribution and manufacturing business dealing in hoses, hose assemblies and allied industrial products. We operate from Delhi and Noida and are building systems and infrastructure to support continued growth across India.

Our core technology environment includes SAP Business One, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, IIS-hosted applications/APIs, cloud backups, network and firewall infrastructure, and multiple business applications.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on IT Lead to take end-to-end ownership of our IT infrastructure across Noida and Delhi.

The role will be responsible for server and database administration, SAP B1 infrastructure, backups, networks and firewalls, user access management, IT assets, application hosting, vendor management and day-to-day technical support.

This is a hands-on individual-contributor role requiring someone who can independently manage critical IT infrastructure while following defined approval and security processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesServer, SQL & Backup Administration

- Administer Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server environments supporting SAP Business One and other business applications.
- Monitor SQL services, scheduled jobs, Windows services and scheduled tasks.
- Manage database users, permissions and access.
- Execute and monitor daily server/database backups, including cloud backups.
- Periodically perform backup restoration tests to confirm recoverability.
- Troubleshoot and escalate server, database and backup issues.

SAP Business One & Application Infrastructure
- Manage SAP Business One installation, licensing and add-ons.
- Administer the remote-access environment used by employees to access SAP B1.




- Provide first-level troubleshooting for SAP infrastructure-related issues.
- Maintain SAP employee/user records and alerts as required.
- Support SAP data uploads where required.
- Provide basic SAP B1 UI training to new employees.

IIS, API Hosting & SSL
- Administer IIS-hosted applications and services.
- Monitor websites, application pools and hosted services.
- Manage SSL certificates, renewals and expiry tracking.
- Maintain approved IP-whitelisting and application-access configurations.

Network, Firewall & Communication Systems
- Manage network and firewall infrastructure across the Noida and Delhi offices.
- Troubleshoot internet, LAN and connectivity issues.
- Maintain approved firewall, port and access configurations.
- Manage IP-PBX/office telephony infrastructure in coordination with vendors.

Identity & Access Management Manage employee onboarding, offboarding and access changes across systems including:
- Active Directory
- Google Workspace
- SAP Business One
- Salesforce
- Zoho and other company applications

Ensure access is granted and removed promptly and securely according to company processes. IT Hardware & Assets
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers and other IT equipment.
- Maintain records of IT assets allocated to employees.
- Manage printers, peripherals and consumables.
- Support CCTV/DVR systems and related infrastructure.

Vendor & AMC Management
- Coordinate with IT vendors, AMC partners and technology service providers.
- Monitor AMC, license,



SSL and renewal dates proactively.
- Evaluate and negotiate renewal/commercial terms for management approval.
- Coordinate issue resolution with external technical partners.

Required Experience
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration .
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server , including backup/restore, jobs, services, users and permissions.
- Experience with IIS administration and SSL certificate management .
- Practical understanding of firewalls, LAN/WAN, networking and troubleshooting .
- Experience administering Google Workspace and user access systems .
- Exposure to ERP environments; SAP Business One experience is strongly preferred .
- Experience managing IT hardware and office infrastructure.
- Experience coordinating with external IT vendors and AMC partners.
- Ability to independently manage critical IT infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT professional who can take ownership of the company's server, network, access and infrastructure workplace and ensure that business-critical systems remain available, secure, backed up and properly maintained . The person should be comfortable operating as the primary point of accountability for IT infrastructure across both offices and coordinating effectively with management, employees and external technology partners.
