Role Description The Information Technology Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role involves monitoring and managing day-to-day IT operations, including systems, networks, and hardware used across offices and counseling centers. The individual will handle user support requests, perform troubleshooting, resolve technical issues, and ensure minimal downtime for staff and business processes.

Key tasks include overseeing network performance, implementing security best practices, coordinating with external vendors or service providers,



and updating documentation for IT assets and procedures. The role also contributes to planning and executing IT improvements that enhance efficiency, data security, and service quality for the team and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Information Technology and experience overseeing IT Operations within a small to mid-sized organization.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose, resolve, and prevent hardware, software, and user-related issues.
- Hands-on experience with Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and basic security of routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), office productivity tools, and common business applications used in professional environments.
- Understanding of data security, backups, access controls, and best practices for safeguarding sensitive information.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical team members and coordinate with external IT vendors.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently on-site, and respond promptly to critical IT incidents.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage.
