We are looking for an ambitious, gaming-obsessed Influencer Marketing Intern to help lead creator outreach, streamer relations, and organic growth for our upcoming PC titles on Steam. You will work directly with the development team to get our games into the hands of YouTubers, Twitch streamers, and TikTok creators worldwide.

What You Will Do

- Creator Scouting: Identify and build targeted outreach lists of micro-to-mid-tier creators across YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok who cover indie, atmospheric, and psychological horror games.
- Cold Outreach & Pitching: Write and send engaging, personalized email pitches and Discord messages to creators, managers, and agencies to secure coverage and demo playthroughs.
- Key & Campaign Management: Distribute Steam review keys, coordinate embargo dates, and track outreach pipelines across platforms like Keymailer, Lurkit, or custom tracking sheets.
- Coverage Tracking & Clipping: Monitor live streams and video uploads, archive coverage metrics (views, sentiment, engagement), and pull timestamped clips of great reactions for repurposing into short-form content.
- Community Engagement: Assist with creator-focused announcements in Discord, Steam community hubs, and social channels during playtests and festival events.

Who You Are
- Gamer at Heart: You actively consume gaming content on Twitch and YouTube. You understand streamer culture,



what makes a game streamable, and what catches a content creator's eye.
- Strong Communicator: You write transparent, concise, and persuasive English copy that avoids generic PR fluff.
- Hyper-Organized: You know your way around spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel / Notion) and take pride in keeping clean, accurate outreach data.
- Self-Driven: You are comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced indie studio environment and can manage multiple outreach threads simultaneously.
- Bonus: Prior experience running a gaming social channel, managing a Discord community, or working with platforms like Woovit/Keymailer.
