Role Description The Influencer Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur. In this role, the executive will identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with client brand goals and campaign objectives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing influencer campaigns, managing influencer relationships, negotiating deliverables, and coordinating timelines and content approvals. The executive will monitor campaign performance, track key metrics,



and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for optimization. This role will also involve collaborating closely with internal teams and clients, ensuring clear communication, smooth project execution, and consistent delivery of high-impact content.

Qualifications

- Strong Marketing and Market Planning skills to design and execute effective influencer strategies.
- Proficiency in Market Research to identify suitable influencers, understand audience behavior, and analyze competitive campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skills to manage client interactions, negotiate with influencers, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Sales and relationship-building skills to drive campaign performance, secure partnerships, and maintain long-term influencer and client connections.
- Experience working with social media platforms and basic understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or agency environment is an advantage.
