Job Title: Industrial HR Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Industrial HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, statutory compliance, labor relations, and shop-floor management. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and workforce, ensuring smooth factory/plant operations while maintaining strict compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

- Labor & Industrial Relations: Manage shop-floor discipline, handle worker grievances, and facilitate healthy labor relations to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

- Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to labor laws, including PF, ESIC, Factories Act, Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, and Gratuity Act. Maintain all statutory registers and handle inspections.

- Contract Labor Management: Oversee contract manpower deployment, attendance, gate passes, billing verification, and contractor compliance audits.

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage blue-collar recruitment, conduct onboarding, background verification, and initial orientation for plant workers and staff.





- Time Office & Payroll Inputs: Oversee daily attendance tracking, shift scheduling, leave management, overtime calculations, and provide error-free inputs to the central payroll team.

- Safety & Welfare: Work with the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) team to drive plant safety protocols, organize regular health check-ups, maintain canteen/washroom hygiene, and handle accident reporting/ESIC claims.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a Master’s/Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Work (MBA HR, MSW, DLL).

- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on HR experience in a manufacturing unit, factory, or plant setting.

- Knowledge: Sound understanding of Indian Labor Laws, Factories Act, standard shop-floor practices, and statutory compliance.

- Skills: Excellent dispute-resolution skills, strong communication (local language fluency required), and proficiency in HRMS software and MS Excel.
