Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Industrial Equipment Operator role based in India.

The Industrial Equipment

Operator will be responsible for safely operating heavy machinery and industrial equipment, including forklifts and excavation equipment, in alignment with project requirements and safety standards.

Daily tasks include performing pre-operation checks, monitoring equipment performance, and reporting any faults or safety concerns.



The role involves assisting with material handling, loading and unloading, site preparation, and supporting industrial, construction, and logistics operations as directed by supervisors. The operator will also help maintain a clean and safe work environment, follow standard operating procedures, and coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.

Qualifications

✅ 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma candidates can apply

✅ Freshers & experienced candidates

✅ Physically fit and comfortable working at height

✅ Valid driving licence preferred for applicable equipment/roles

✅ Willingness to relocate / work across India

✅ Safety-conscious attitude is essential

- Proficiency in equipment operation, including heavy equipment and forklift operation.
- Experience in excavation and related site work using appropriate machinery.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards, PPE usage, and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, operational guidelines, and basic technical documentation.
- Prior experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or logistics environments is preferred.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, stand for extended periods, and work in outdoor or industrial settings.
- Relevant certifications or licenses for industrial equipment or forklift operation, as per local regulations, are an advantage.
- Team-oriented mindset, punctuality, and willingness to work flexible shifts as project needs require.
