HI DMC is looking for an experienced Inbound Operations Executive to manage travel costing, quotations, reservations and tour operations for international inbound travel.

Your Role

Manage travel costing, quotations, proposal support and end-to-end inbound tour operations, ensuring smooth execution from enquiry to departure.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare travel costings, quotations, itineraries and proposals for FIT, Group and MICE enquiries.
- Provide costing and operational support to the Sales team.
- Handle reservations for hotels, transport, guides, trains, flights and other travel services.
- Coordinate with international tour operators, suppliers and internal teams.
- Negotiate rates with hotels and vendors.




- Ensure smooth execution of inbound tours and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain service quality, accurate records and profitable departures.

What We're Looking

- For3–5 years of experience in Inbound Tour Reservations & Operations.
- Solid experience in travel costing, quotations and proposal preparation.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong knowledge of India destinations; Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka or Maldives knowledge is an advantage.
- Good negotiation, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and departures.
