Job Title: Full-Time Teacher – Business Studies & Economics

nLocation: Bangalore, Karnataka (In-person)

nEmployment Type: Part-Time (3 days per week)

nStipend: Rs. 50,000 per month

nAbout the Role

nWe are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Business Studies and Economics Teacher to join our academic team on a part time basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about introducing high school students to core economic theories, business frameworks, and real-world commercial operations.

nYou will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum, preparing students for board assessments while building their critical thinking and analytical skills.

nKey Responsibilities

nCurriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver interactive, student-centered lessons for IGCSE Business Studies and IGCSE Economics.

nAssessment & Feedback: Prepare candidates for Cambridge IGCSE examinations, grade assignments, conduct regular mock tests, and provide constructive feedback to foster academic growth.

nClassroom Management: Maintain an engaging, inclusive, and structured learning environment that encourages active student participation.

nParent & School Communication: Keep track of student progress, provide regular updates to parents, and collaborate with academic coordinators as needed.

nQualifications & Requirements





nEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

nSubject Knowledge: Deep understanding of IGCSE Business Studies and Economics concepts (e.g., market structures, macro/microeconomics, marketing, finance, and operations management).

nExperience: Prior experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE curriculum is a strong plus (though passionate candidates with strong subject mastery will be considered).

nCommute & Availability: Ability to commute to our campus in North Bangalore 3 times a week.

nCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
