- B.E/B.Tech Degree

- Good communication skills. A person who should be able to communicate effectively and clearly with the global stakeholders. He should be able to understand the technical requirements of the local market, align with the development teams and monitor the development of the car.

- Good understanding of vehicle projects as well as some aspects of vehicle sales

- Should have experience leading one end-to-end development project (Either as a Technical Manager or a Project Lead)

- Person who will act as a lead and will conduct or drive cross-functional discussions or meetings (Bridge between Technical development and business)

- Experience in handling the project expenses and providing approvals.

- Adaptable working in multiple projects.

- Can be from a Tier-1 supplier but should have experience working/leading product development preferably along with the OEM.
