Role Description The IELTS Trainer will deliver high-quality online lessons focused on all four IELTS skill areas: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking, using BUYE’s hybrid AI + human learning approach. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and structuring lessons, conducting mock tests, evaluating learner performance, and providing detailed feedback and strategies for improvement.

The role involves creating engaging learning materials, aligning content with current IELTS formats,



and supporting learners with exam techniques, time management, and confidence-building. The IELTS Trainer will collaborate with BUYE’s education team to refine curricula, track learner progress, and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching methods and digital resources. This is a full time, remote role, requiring consistent online availability and the ability to teach learners from diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to deliver interactive and learner-centered sessions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in IELTS preparation, including familiarity with test formats, scoring criteria, and exam strategies.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills, including designing structured, outcome-focused lesson plans and learning materials.
- Candidates should possess Teaching English as a Foreign Language skills, especially experience working with non-native English speakers from varied cultural and educational backgrounds.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification; prior experience as an IELTS or English language trainer; strong communication and digital teaching skills; and comfort with using online learning platforms and AI-enhanced tools.
