Description:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across the facility. Key duties include conducting hygiene audits, enforcing cleaning schedules and protocols, training staff on hygiene practices, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing waste disposal, and coordinating with teams to sustain a safe, clean work environment. Requires attention to detail, knowledge of hygiene/sanitation standards, and good communication skills.

Qualifications:

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
