Gannet Engineers is an HVAC & MEP contracting company engaged in the execution of HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, institutional, and other building projects.

We are looking for a hands-on HVAC Site Engineer who can take ownership of HVAC site execution, coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.

Role Description

- HVAC site execution & installation
- Ducting, piping, AHU/FCU, VRF/VRV, Chiller Plant Room & ventilation
- Read drawings & coordinate MEP activities
- Manage manpower & subcontractors
- Material planning & site measurements
- Testing, commissioning & quality control
- Daily progress reporting & client/consultant coordination
- Ensure site safety and timely completion

Qualifications





- Strong foundation in HVAC Engineering and practical HVAC knowledge for building systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety standards, and energy efficiency best practices.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in office in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
- Prior experience in HVAC projects for commercial, residential, or healthcare facilities is an advantage.
