Olsen Spaces is scaling fast, and we're looking for a senior HR professional to lead hiring across the organisation. This role is built for someone who can own recruitment end-to-end — not just execute it, but strategise, streamline, and scale it as we grow.

You'll work directly with leadership, driving how we attract, hire, and retain talent across every function at Olsen Spaces.

What you'll own:

? End-to-end talent acquisition strategy — workforce planning, sourcing channels, and hiring roadmaps across departments

? Full-cycle recruitment for roles at all levels, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closure

? Building and owning candidate pipelines, ATS workflows, and hiring metrics/reporting

? Partnering with leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities

? Employer branding and outreach — building Olsen Spaces as a destination employer





? Onboarding design and new-hire experience, ensuring smooth integration into the team

? Employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and internal events

? Mentoring junior HR team members and improving HR processes/systems

You might be a great fit if you:

Have 3–5+ years of experience, with a strong focus on recruitment/talent acquisition

Have a track record of owning hiring for multiple roles/functions simultaneously

Are highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable owning hiring metrics and reports

Bring strong stakeholder management skills — you can push back, advise, and partner with leadership as a peer

Handle confidential information with discretion and maturity

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership, startup-like environment

Required skills:

— Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and hiring strategy

— Strong command of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools

— Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking, reporting, and hiring analytics

— Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

— Working knowledge of broader HR processes (onboarding, engagement, performance)
