Role: Human Resources Officer

We're looking for an HR Officer to own hiring end-to-end and help build the culture of a fast-growing legal-tech team.

What you'll do:

✅ Run the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding

✅ Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

✅ Champion our culture and values across the team

What we're looking for:

- Up to 5 years of experience in HR, with hands-on recruitment exposure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- Someone proactive who enjoys people-facing work
