Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation.

The Human Resources

Manager will partner with leadership to design and execute people strategies that support business goals, manage employee relations and conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Day-to-day activities include coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining HR records,



conducting training and development initiatives, managing compensation and benefits administration, and supporting organizational culture and change management. The individual will also analyze HR metrics, recommend improvements, and act as a trusted advisor to managers and team members.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development.
- Skills in HR analytics, workforce planning, and using HRIS or similar systems to manage data and generate insights.
- Experience in designing and executing learning and development programs, coaching, and supporting career growth.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits structures, payroll coordination, and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, preferably in a rapid-paced B2B, technology, or marketing-focused environment.
