Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Management role based in Patna. The HR professional will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for manufacturing and engineering teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining HR records, administering payroll inputs, leave and attendance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes,



and coordinating training and development initiatives to build workforce capabilities. The HR professional will also handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, support organizational culture initiatives, and collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and engagement activities.

Qualifications

- Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and payroll coordination.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to manufacturing and industrial environments.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and handling employee relations in a fair and objective manner.
- Ability to coordinate training, development, and competency-building programs for technical and non-technical staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software, MS Office tools, and basic data reporting and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in HR within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial automation sectors is highly beneficial.
