Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting the strategic goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures.
- Foster a positive work setting and promote employee engagement.




- Handle performance management, appraisals, and employee development plans.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Organize training programs for staff and coordinate with the Academy team.
- Address grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and resource needs.

Requirements

- MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HRMS and MS Office tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in a digital marketing environment is a plus.
