Human Resource Manager

About the role

Policy Rider IMF Private Limited is an IRDAI-registered Insurance Marketing Firm specialising in insurance and financial products, committed to building a professional and people-first workplace. We are looking for a dependable and proactive HR Manager to take ownership of our human resources function and help us grow a motivated, well-supported team.

Key resposibilities

- Lead end to end recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection
- Manage smooth onboarding and induction processes for all new joiners
- Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HR databases accurately
- Handle payroll basics and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate salary processing
- Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns to foster a positive work environment
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices in line with labour regulations
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and related workforce data on a regular basis
- Support performance management cycles and assist managers in appraisal processes
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to upskill team members
- Build strong employee relations by acting as a trusted point of contact for staff at all levels
- Identify and resolve HR-related challenges with a solution-oriented approach
- Assist leadership with HR reporting, workforce planning, and organisational needs





Must-have skills

- Proven ability to handle end to end recruitment and candidate screening
- Solid understanding of payroll basics and HR compliance
- Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Hands-on experience in onboarding and joining formalities
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations with maturity

Good to have

- Working knowledge of MS Excel for HR data and reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Attention to details in documentation and record-keeping

Qualifications

- Post Graduate degree (HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR management role

We have 1 opening for this in office position based at State Bank Road, Gandhi Chowk, Ghanta Ghar, with a monthly compensation of Rs 20,000 - Rs 35,000 depending on experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
