Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Atmantan Wellness Centre in Mulshi. This role is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development for all departments.

The Human Resources

Manager will manage HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with employment laws, and handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating workforce planning, maintaining accurate HR records, managing payroll inputs and benefits administration, and supporting leadership with workforce analytics and HR reporting.



The role also involves designing training initiatives, fostering a positive work culture, and aligning HR practices with the centre’s wellness-focused mission.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Skills in policy development, HR compliance, and application of labor and employment regulations.
- Experience in training design, talent development, and coaching to support staff growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ability to manage HR data, prepare reports, and use HRIS tools for accurate documentation and decision-making.
- Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, healthcare, or resort environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
- Proven ability to work on-site in Mulshi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
