The Role

We’re looking for an HR Intern to help us build and manage our people operations as we grow.

You’ll work closely with the HR team across:

- Recruiting and candidate coordination
- Interview scheduling and candidate tracking
- Onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintaining HR records and databases
- Employee engagement and internal initiatives
- Basic HR reporting and operations

What We’re Looking For

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Robust communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling confidential information
- Familiar with MS Office / Google Workspace
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working full-time, on-site in Noida
