We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team and support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and talent management.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of recruitment and selection processes.

- Basic knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, or other HR tools is a plus.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Post and manage job openings across relevant recruitment platforms.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, requirements, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and other documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities, team events, and workplace initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs.
- Collect and maintain training and employee feedback records.
- Support internal HR communications and announcements.
- Assist the HR team in implementing HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
- Work closely with different departments to understand and support their hiring and people-related requirements.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve employee experience and workplace culture.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or academic experience in recruitment or HR will be an advantage.
- Strong interest in Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Talent Management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, Canva, or HR tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the HR and engineering teams.
- Candidates comfortable working in office at Bhosari, Pune are preferred.
- Experience working in a startup, technology, manufacturing, or engineering environment will be an advantage.

Payment Terms

This is a full-time internship chance.

Compensation: Competitive stipend based on skills, capabilities, and internship experience.
