Jain Expositions Pvt. Ltd. has been designing, fabricating and installing museums, galleries, interpretation centres and exhibition spaces for 30+ years. We hold ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI Level 3 certification and have delivered 60+ projects for government departments, PSUs and universities across India. We're now scaling our team and building a private-sector business line alongside our government work.

We're hiring an HR Generalist to run our people function end-to-end — recruitment first, then everything that follows.

What you'll own:

- Full-cycle recruitment across corporate, design, and workshop/site roles
- Salary processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS)
- Onboarding, induction and employee documentation
- Employee engagement and internal culture initiatives
- HR policy,



records and day-to-day people operations

What we're looking for:

- 3-6 years in a generalist HR role, ideally as the sole or near-sole HR person in a 40-200 person company
- Demonstrated recruitment closures with real numbers — not just responsibilities
- Independent ownership of payroll and statutory filings
- Comfortable hiring for non-office roles — our team includes a fabrication workshop and project site staff, not only office employees
- Based in Delhi NCR, able to work from our Karol Bagh office
