Role Description The Human Resources Generalist role at HumanAlpha is an on-site position for a Deployment at Client location based in Bengaluru South. The HR Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and induction activities, and helping implement HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include coordinating perks-related communication, supporting HRIS data updates, and assisting in employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
The role also involves collaborating with senior HR consultants on performance management, learning and development activities, and HR documentation. Recruitment capabilities is a very important business need. This full time role offers hands-on experience in strategic and operational HR in a consulting environment.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 Years Experience Recommended
- Strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support generalist HR activities.
- Understanding of HR Policies and their application in day-to-day HR operations and compliance.
- Basic knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration to assist in related processes and communication.
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, collaborate in teams, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with HRIS or other HR technology platforms is an advantage.
- Interest in strategic HR, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development is highly beneficial.
