Role: Human Resources ExecutiveWe are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee onboarding, records, and HR documentation
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations
- Assist in recruitment and hiring activities
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records
- Support employee engagement and workplace activities




- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Assist with performance management processes
- Work closely with management and different teams

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
- Comfortable working on-site in Noida
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and valuable communication skills can also apply
