Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and exit processes, for the in office team in Meerut. This full-time role involves administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company guidelines.

Executive will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support performance management processes in collaboration with leadership. The role also includes assisting with recruitment and selection, organizing training and development initiatives,



and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with Swaaz Media’s culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) to oversee end-to-end people processes.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HR administration, and compliance-related activities.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employee Relations to handle grievances, foster engagement, and support a healthy workplace culture.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and basic labor law to implement and maintain fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR specialization is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with HR software or HRIS platforms and proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are beneficial.
- Prior experience in a similar HR role, preferably in media, marketing, or a fast-paced service-based environment, will be an added advantage.
