Role Description The Human Resources Intern at Cook N Klean will support daily HR operations and help maintain a positive, compliant workplace. This full time, on-site role is based in Lucknow and involves assisting with recruitment activities, onboarding coordination, and maintaining employee records.

The intern will help draft and update HR policies, support administration of employee benefits, and assist with organizing training and development initiatives.



Additional responsibilities include helping with attendance tracking, basic personnel management tasks, and supporting employee engagement activities. The role offers exposure to core HR processes and the opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals in a service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in understanding and applying HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting employee relations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets) and basic HR software is beneficial.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
