Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Haridwar, responsible for managing core HR functions and supporting a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, maintaining employee records, administering benefits and attendance, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, handling employee queries, facilitating performance appraisal processes, and coordinating training or development initiatives.

Executive also works to strengthen employee relations, address concerns professionally, and collaborate with management to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience handling core HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including documentation, compliance, and HR administration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage Employee Relations, support team morale, and address workplace issues constructively.
- Knowledge of HR Policies, labor regulations, and best practices for a fair and inclusive work environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Haridwar, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with HR software or HRIS tools and basic MS Office skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in an HR executive or similar role is preferred.
