Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records maintenance in line with company policies and legal requirements. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves supporting employee lifecycle processes, coordinating payroll inputs, managing attendance and leave records, and assisting with performance management activities.

The HR Executive will serve as a point of contact for employee queries, support employee engagement initiatives,



and help resolve workplace concerns in a fair and consistent manner. The role also includes drafting and updating HR policies and procedures, supporting recruitment and selection activities, and collaborating with management to ensure a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience overseeing the employee lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including handling onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and compliance-related processes.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including handling employee queries, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, labor regulations, and best practices for maintaining a compliant and fair workplace.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; familiarity with HR software and MS Office; robust communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
