Roles and Responsibilities :
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals, provide coaching and feedback to employees, and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle employee grievances and conduct exit interviews to improve processes within the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar function.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles, including succession planning and development initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with senior stakeholders across various functions.
- Should be ready to travel around Kerala
