The company specialises in personalized real estate consulting for high-net-worth individuals, non-resident Indians, and corporate clients, connecting them with branded and luxury residences from top developers.

Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. The intern will help maintain employee records, support onboarding processes, and contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with employee engagement initiatives, gathering feedback, and supporting HR documentation and compliance tasks. This is an internship role that is on-site, located in Noida, offering exposure to HR practices within a fast-growing luxury real estate organization.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Personnel Management and basic employee lifecycle processes.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and willingness to learn HR software or systems.
