Role Overview :

Hanto is looking for a result-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, bulk/blue-collar hiring, ground-team training, manpower coordination and vendor management.

The candidate should be comfortable working closely with Facility teams to ensure the right people are hired, trained and deployed on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Drive bulk and field hiring for Housekeeping, Security, Pantry, Maintenance and Facility teams.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for urgent and recurring manpower requirements.
- Coordinate joining, onboarding and documentation of recent employees.
- Conduct and coordinate ground-team training on grooming, hygiene, behaviour,



service standards and role-specific requirements.
- Track building-wise manpower requirements, vacancies and deployment.
- Identify and manage recruitment/manpower vendors and track their performance.
- Maintain recruitment, manpower and training MIS/reports.
- Support employee engagement and organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and team events.

Experience Required

- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Operations.
- Blue-collar / bulk hiring experience is essential.
- Experience in manpower/vendor management and ground-team training will be preferred.
